Your privacy is important. So do we, which is why we provide transparent information about what data we collect about you, how this data is used and with whom the data is shared. This privacy policy is about the data and details on our website.
The contact details you give us in the contact form are used to handle your enquiry and to be able to contact you; and in case of booking to plan the further course of the appointment.
Without your permission, we will not use this data for marketing purposes.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will of course keep your e-mail address to send you the newsletter or related marketing messages. We undertake to offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe with each such message.
Where is data stored?
This website uses the services of Wix.com Which is an international provider of web services and infrastructure for creating and managing websites, and related services. Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, a country that the European Commission considers guarantees an adequate level of protection of personal data of European Union citizens. Wix.com stores data in data centres in Europe, the U.S. and Israel.

For our newsletters, we also use the Wix Ascend environment. Because we want to have the freedom to switch service providers, we also keep an archive of all our marketing addresses ourselves. We do this on our office 365 environment in the Microsoft Cloud and on our own PC/office environment.
Wix, and the other aforementioned service providers cannot exercise any right to use the data stored on their systems themselves or make it available to other parties in any way, and also make very conclusive agreements about this in their legal agreements with their users.
Furthermore, we use Google Analytics (GA) on our website. The data we send to GA is anonymised. Your IP address is hidden so that your visit to our website cannot be traced back to identification as a user. The analytical data is useful for us to monitor the use of our website and make our site better and better.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep contact data for as long as we need it to reasonably provide services and information. If you have consented to us using your data for our own marketing campaigns, blog posts, we will retain that data until you expressly let us know that you no longer wish to be contacted, or unsubscribe via the appropriate functions provided with each message.
Right to access and control your personal data.
In the context of GDPR legislation, you have the option to know what data we hold at any time, or you can ask to delete data and be forgotten.
Please send us an email (muriel@unlockpotential.be) if you would like to know what data we have and maintain. You can subsequently ask us to change or correct that data. Or, if necessary, to delete all or part of the data.
Is your data shared with others?
No, we do not actively pass on any data to third parties or befriended companies. If we want to do so in the future, we will in any case first ask your explicit permission to do so.
With the exception of the parties mentioned in this document and thus operational in the role of data processor or service providers for analytical data and conducting our own direct marketing activities.
Is entering data on the site secure?
The entire website and the functionalities we use only use a secure HTTPS connection so that the data you enter cannot be intercepted. You can see this by the lock or other indication in the address field of your web browser.
