More and more people are discovering how beneficial nature is for body and mind. Forest Mind is a unique way to deepen your well-being through nature, combining simple exercises with the soothing and healing power of the forest. The approach is based on scientifically substantiated insights from positive psychology, mindfulness and coaching, among other things. Unlike regular nature walks, Forest Mind offers targeted exercises that help you to slow down, come to yourself and live more consciously. Whether you need rest, focus, inspiration or relaxation – Forest Mind helps you to find this within yourself step by step, with nature as your ally. What can you expect from a Forest Mind walk? Just like forest bathing, we start with exercises that appeal to your senses. You are invited to listen, look, feel, smell and even taste – so that you come completely home to your body and open yourself up to the nature around you. We also move in a calm, conscious way: simple physical exercises help you to land in the moment and make more contact with yourself. From that state of connection, we will turn inward. We practice skills such as self-awareness, reflection and attention. This inner exploration makes Forest Mind so special. It is a gentle but powerful way to refresh yourself and strengthen your inner resilience. Relax naturally – with me as your guide As a certified Forest Mind guide, I will guide you and a small group during a walk of about two hours. In all tranquility, I create a safe, open atmosphere in which you can be yourself. Together we will step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a while and discover how nature can support, inspire and strengthen you. This method is for everyone who wants to live more consciously, wants to get closer to themselves, and is looking for more peace, clarity or inspiration in the here and now. Practical · Location: The walks take place at various natural locations in the region. You will receive all practical information upon registration. · Introductory session: half day · Follow-up: 4 sessions of half a day No risk. If you decide after the introductory session that it is not for you, I appreciate that and you will get your money back.
